Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Mannor Resident mobile application.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to access or use this Service.

Minors: If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

By using the Service, you warrant that you meet these age requirements.

2. Estate Management Services

Mannor Resident acts as a platform to connect residents with their Estate Management.

Disclaimer: Sydani Technologies is a software provider, not a Property Management Company. We are not responsible for the actions, fees, or decisions made by your Estate's Facility Managers or Security Guards.

3. User Responsibilities

Access Codes: You are responsible for all "Gate Passes" or "Access Codes" generated from your account. You agree not to generate codes for unauthorized or suspicious persons.

Account Security: You must keep your login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your residency status. Falsifying unit numbers or residency details is a breach of these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of photos (e.g., maintenance reports) you upload. However, you grant us and your Estate Manager a license to view and use these photos to resolve the reported issues.

5. Fees and Payments

If you use the Service to pay estate levies or utility bills:

• Mannor Resident acts only as a transaction facilitator.
• We are not responsible for payment disputes between you and your Estate Management.

6. Termination

We or your Estate Administrator may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if your residency at the estate ends.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
